About Us
Founded in 2026, Level Up Fundraising Strategies partners with nonprofits to strengthen, modernize, and transform their fundraising efforts.
Jenni Henry, Principal
Jenni Henry is a Washington, D.C.–area–based fundraising strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations grow revenue, deepen donor engagement, and build sustainable development programs. Her relationship-driven, results-focused approach combines strategic planning, fundraising tactics, and organizational development to deliver measurable impact for nonprofits.
Before founding Level Up Fundraising Strategies, Jenni held senior and executive-level development leadership roles at nonprofits throughout New York City, Chicago, and the Washington, D.C. area. Recently, she served as Chief Development Officer at the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership, tripling revenue and doubling development staff during her tenure, and went on to lead private fundraising at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation. Jenni has a wide range of expertise across all areas of development strategy and execution, and she is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ DC chapter.
Jenni earned her undergraduate degree from William & Mary and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from DePaul University. In her spare time, Jenni serves on the Board of Directors of the Outdoor Alliance and sings in a community choir. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia.
